In the early 1990’s Ricardo Muñoz incorporated Romutech, starting a journey within the HVAC industry solely focused on installation of ductwork & equipment. After a couple of years, Mr. Muñoz decided to dive into the manufacturing industry when he founded RCM Sheet Metal to aid demand of ductwork fabrication from projects to come. Romutech swiftly gained recognition working in pharmaceutical companies like AbbVie, Bard, Amgen, Medtronic, Sartorius Stedim Filters and many more. Around the early 2000’s, Romutech & RCM built their facilities in San Juan with about 35,000 square feet of manufacturing area and headquarter offices. Romutech initiated in the mechanical contractor field in 2017 along with new family members on board like Gustavo Muñoz (Head of Business Administration) and Gabriel Muñoz (Head of Business Operations) expanding the corporate skills into the federal & governmental projects.
